As the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the globe, we\u2014like many\u2014faced personal and financial challenges. With no proper workspace, limited capital, and only our determination to guide us, we took the first steps by drying ginger and turmeric on a very small scale.<\/p>\n

But we were not alone in this journey. In those early days, we reached out to a few women in our surrounding community\u2014many of whom were also facing hardships and uncertainty. Together, we began building something meaningful. What started as a tiny, collective effort slowly took shape, fueled by resilience, shared purpose, and a deep belief in the power of collaboration. Today, those same women are the backbone of our business, growing alongside us every step of the way.<\/p>\n

By 2020, recognizing the rising demand for natural, plant-based food products, we found our niche in dehydrated citrus. We began with lime, lemon, and orange slices, later introducing Sri Lanka\u2019s own sweet orange as our signature addition. These citrus products quickly became our way of blending with the growing cocktail culture, offering bartenders and creatives the perfect garnish. Alongside this, we continued to build a tropical fruit range \u2014 pineapple, mango, banana, and papaya \u2014 crafted as wholesome, plant-based snacks to meet the rising demand for healthy indulgence[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″]
